Winners for Challenge #36: Festive Rainbow

Hello, friends!

We had such a great turn out for our final FESTIVE RAINBOW challenge!  Thanks for joining us!  Before I get to the winners, I want to not only thank each of you, our readers and participants but give a HUGE shout out to our INCREDIBLE Design Team...
