Perhaps the most obvious choice is the flowers themselves, and the greenery shown here is just the right amount that we'd ask for as an accent...
Or, you could choose to perhaps use some nested dies to create a repetitive background or feature element similar to this...
Last but not least, those of you who like getting inky, might create a background and pair it with a silhouette...
